Delivery/Substitution Policy
Local Delivery Areas include:
As we start out with our deliveries, we deliver to all of Dover, NH, and 8 miles around Dover to include: Madbury, Rollinsford, Somersworth, Durham NH, South Berwick and Berwick ME. If a town or city within our area is not listed, please call us to see if we can deliver to that town or city as long as in the 8-mile radius.
Same day delivery order cutoff time is 2PM. We deliver up to 6PM and if an order is needed sooner, we will do our very best to fulfill that order with a rush fee.
Funeral Homes we deliver to are: Tasker Funeral Home, Wiggin-Purdy-McCooey-Dion in Dover. Brewitts Funeral home in Exeter.
Deliver charges are as followed
local delivery $10.50 and a same day rush delivery fee of 15.95 may apply.
Hospital delivery, Funeral Homes $10.50
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner and depending on availability.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Flowers
· In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used, if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
· For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color.
· If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Our Commitment to Quality
I started my career in a grocery store floral market. I then moved to a nationwide floral chain. Where I was running multiple locations, I left all that in 2009 based on not being able to give that 1on1 service that customers deserve. After having friends ask me to do small to large arrangements, I have now decided to start up again very small to give the best service I can at M&J Floral Designs, I have always been passionate about flowers. My dedication to quality and customer satisfaction has been the foundation to my success.
At M&J Floral Designs, we are committed to providing the highest quality flowers and customer service. I carefully select each stem to ensure that our arrangements are fresh, beautiful, and long-lasting. I am dedicated to making sure that every customer is completely satisfied with their order.
I believe in providing fresh flowers on time. We unlike most florist we do not keep lots of flowers on hand in coolers just to sit and go unused, so that we want the freshest of flowers. If a special flower and or arrangement is wanted, PLEASE call us and we will get the flowers in the next day from the New England Floral Exchange. Each Monday we go to the New England Floral Exchange and handpick each stem. Sometimes I have flowers shipped in from my friends and growers in Miami and California.
